Dark Was The Night is comprised of 31 exclusive tracks and it is available as a double cd/triple vinyl/download and will benefit the Red Hot Organization – an international charity dedicated to raising money and awareness for HIV and AIDS through popular culture.
Not only is this for a good cause, but the tunes are sick - I’ve already listened to the album three times in a row today. Notable greats include Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens, Beirut, Cat Power (singing a gorgeous Amazing Grace), Andrew Bird, and Beach House (covering Queen).
