Just signed up for a Winter CSA Share with Garden of Eve. It looks like its going to be a scrumptious season!

Williamsburg, Brooklyn CSA pickup will be designated Saturdays at the Garden of Eve farmstand at the McCarren Park farmer’s market, between 9am-12pm.

FALL(Dec-Jan) will include some of our own fresh organic field-grown greens such as kale, collards, Swiss chard, and Brussels sprouts, as well as some stored items such as beets, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rutabagas, cabbage, celeriac, daikon, onions, garlic, and winter squash (includes different kinds: delicata, butternut, acorn, spaghetti, etc.).

WINTER (Feb-March) will include mainly stored items such as beets, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rutabagas, celeriac, and garlic, and butternut winter squash.

SPRING (April-May) will include our own fresh greenhouse grown delicacies such as mesclun lettuce and bunched greens, such as baby kale, mizuna, mustards, bok choi, Swiss chard, etc.

Plus 3-4 “locavore” products each month including Garden of Eve organic bread-and-butter cucumber pickles and tomato sauce; organic cornmeal and flours from Wild Hive Organic Farm; organic dried beans from Cayuga Pure Organics; OG buckwheat cereal and buckwheat from Birkett Mills NY; mushrooms; OG popcorn, Long Island raw honey, local non-organic apples from Briermere Farms, etc.

Winter Share is $45/month for 6 months, a total of $270. YES.
