Leftovers for lunch. YUM.
Made this breezy summer salad last night!!! I highly recommend.
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of corn
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 mango
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1-2 tablespoons of finely chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste!
