Check out Time Spent Alone.
I do wish I could read faster. I also wish I had a room in my apt solely filled with books. Just finished Margarita Dolce Vita and am now well into The Elegance of the Hedgehog. Both are pretty quick but intellectually satisfying reads, I definitely recommend.
